everybody remembers carla hall from top chef season 5 in nyc.
i had the pleasure of spending time with her on a recent visit
to savannah and she is even more lovable in real life. you know
how you meet someone and just feel a connection. i heart carla hall.

it was so great to talk one on one with someone that
created something from scratch just like griff and i.
someone who understands the meaning of hard work
and the benefits of doing what you love for a living.
it is the simple reason why the first interview question
for the bakery is what are you passionate about?
do yourself a favor…and don’t just make something up
just to get a job.

if you know what you are passionate about then it will
surely lead you to joy in all aspects of your life.
