Ever wonder what your busy bakers do on our one day off.
Sometimes it seems we run errands all day, sometimes we
rest, sometimes I shop and Griff always seems to have computer
work. On a very good Sunday you will find us at the counter of
the Breakfast Club on Tybee island. It is our very favorite
breakfast spot.

I wish you could hear the sounds of this very busy team at work.
