It's cupcake season!
It's official, cupcake season has begun! I can't tell you how
excited I was when Lauren wrote to tell me that we made
MSN's list for best cupcakes in the country.
It sounds like the word is out and it makes me very
proud. Also I thought this would be a great time to
discuss urban myth #26.
We make a lot of cupcakes.
Repeat, we make a lot of cupcakes!!!
We make cupcakes in small batches, but way bigger
than you make at home. So don't fret if you come in
and you just see a few up front. Chances are they
are in some part of production. Baking, cooling,
decorating or simply restocking from the kitchen.
Just ask one of the cute girls with the vintage aprons
and they will be happy to check for you.
I assure you, we are busy baking all day long
and we now have a cupcake schedule that you
can count on. We also take orders for cupcakes.
Speaking of cupcakes...
We will soon be counting down to my debut on the
Paula Deen show. As most of you know I will be
making cupcakes on her show as well as a few other
surprises. I will keep you posted when I know the
exact dates.

Thank goodness we have so many cupcakes! Some days, when I'm at the office, there is nothing more comforting than the knowledge that I am less than a minute down the road from a little carrot with cream cheese frosting or Cali vanilla, or some days just a good old fashioned with yellow frosting and pale, prefect sprinkles. Cupcakes may not be able to solve every problem, but they can make the process of life so much sweeter! Thank heavens for yours.

Please let us know when you will be on so I can alert my family and friends back home.They always have to go to your shop when visiting me here in Savannah and your cupcakes make it all good in the world LOL
