Hi, thank you for your bakery! I live in Missouri and have after twenty years of baking decided to take the leap and open my bakery. Of course, I should admit it is currently only a kitchen but it's a start. I have already struggled with people's taste for processed and premade mixes. I have even had someone say that the blueberry muffins had mold in them!! They were hours old...uggghhhh fresh blueberries and homemade muffin....hmmmm blue and yellow combine and awwww, you might get a litte greenish color next to one of the many freshly picked berries. I have been so let down by questions of shelf life not being very long to the scones are too light and fluffy. I googled the question, "do bakeries really make food from scratch?" I got you. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! for reminding me that scratch IS GOOD. If I am ever in Savannah I will definitely stop by for some REAL FOOD. Thank you again.
